Self-Service Feature

Intended to support scaling our audience beyond hands-on customers, the goal of the self-service feature was to create a streamlined first-time experience. My role as this feature's UX designer was to address several challenges in the user flow such as syncing operation centers with fleets, route detection for individual assets, billing and defining the overall user experience. I also partnered with the engineering team in the development phase to build, add refinements with each iteration and help meet project goals successfully.
